Please Note: The below noted list pertains to for hire motor carriers transporting general non-hazardous freight.
Regulations may vary for all carriers of household goods, passengers or hazardous materials. Tow truck operations may also vary.
When transporting regulated freight, motor carriers operating for hire within state lines are generally required to register their operations on the state level.
This is done on a state-by-state basis where your intrastate operations will take place. If your intrastate operations are conducted in any of the
following states you must secure intrastate authority before you begin operations:

Please note: All fees quoted do not include securing a certificate of authority to conduct business for a foreign corporation.
Some states will require that any foreign corporation (a corporation organized outside of the state in which we are applying for
intrastate authority) be registered as a foreign corporation. Additional fees & processing time will be incurred if we must register your corporation as a foreign corporation or entity.
